- If you registered for the 2008 festival, and this is the first time you
have signed on to this site, then please review the name and e-mail address
on file by clicking the My Profile menu item
above AFTER you have signed on. In the event you need to request
a password reset, the e-mail address on file is the one that will be used
to communicate with you.
Registration Preparation
- FIRST, download and carefully review the
General Information Packet.
- Fill out the Class and
T-shirt Worksheet with your choir BEFORE beginning the online
registration process. If you wish, print and distribute to your
ringers the Class List (provided in the General Information Packet), which
includes class codes, titles, and description, to assist them in making
their choices.
- Still need a little help figuring out what classes you want to
take? This CLASS GRID will give you an idea of what classes we
intend to offer during which class periods. This is subject to
change based on space needs and demand! Participants should still
select their first seven class choices, but this grid will help you make
sure your four favorite classes aren't all scheduled to be held during the
SAME period. This also includes the times Bronze Plus and
Conference Choir will rehearse.
- Each organization will need a registration contact with an email
address. This does NOT have to be your director.
- Once you begin the online registration process for the first time, an assumption
will be made that you are registering one choir. If you will be bringing
more than one choir, be sure to click the "Add another Group" button on the 'Groups'
page for each additional choir.
- Although you can visit the registration pages in any sequence, it is recommended
that you visit the pages in the sequence listed in the menu above. Most
of the pages rely on information that was entered in the previous page. For
example, you cannot enter information via the 'Participants' page until you have
entered at least one group via the 'Groups' page. On the 'Summary' page
you MUST click the Submit! button to complete the registration.
- Changes to your registration may be made any time before the Registration Deadline
(May 1st). As you make changes, please save your changes on each
page. Once on the last page ('Summary'), click the Submit!
button. This is necessary as changes you make may impact fees that are
due.
- Deposits must be paid by April 1.
- The Registration deadline is May 1. ALL payments must be made by this
date, and you will only be able to VIEW registration information online after this
date.
- Payments should be sent as ONE check that covers ALL participants (NOT one check
per person) payable to Area VII AGEHR. Craft classes, specialty choirs
and other fees should be included in this payment. We no longer require
separate checks for extra charges. All extra charges should be paid by
May 1st.
- After May 1, please contact the registrar to cancel any ringer registrations.
- Click on Festival Repertoire to view the repertoire.
- Click on Clista Wood Scholarship Fund to view information about, and the
application form, for a scholarship fund that was established to provide encouragement
and assistance to eligible individuals to attend an Area VII ringing event --
including this one!
- Click on Bronze Plus Ringer Application Form to view information,
instructions, and the application form for joining the Bronze Plus Ensemble.
- Click on Conference Choir Registration Form to view information,
instructions, and the registration form for joining the Conference choir.
Refund Policy for Cancellations
- Registration fees will NOT be refunded.
- Paid specialty choir and craft class fees will be refunded in the event that the choir /
class fills up and space is not available.
- If a participant cancels, the registration can be transferred to another person
prior to June 1st.
